Terms and Conditions
Please note that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
- If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond our control including bad weather and accidents.
- If the product you ordered is out of stock
- If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error
- We are unable to authorise your payment.
Return and Exchanges
If you would like to make a return/exchange please note requests must be made within 14 days after recieving your order. Anything outside this will be refused.
All Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn and in a resealable condition)
We recommend you use a tracking delivery system for return/exchange purchases to ensure items are recieved and not lost in transit.
Olette Jewellery will NOT be responsible for lost items during transit.
All Return/Exchange shipping costs are solely the customer's responsibility.
Please note earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
All refunds are processed within 3 - 7 business days when items are recieved. Refunds are processed excluding the shipping costs paid.
Olette ensures the availability of products you order from the Olette website. However, products are made available to purchase on a "first in-first out" basis. Products are only available while stocks last.
